User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when registering. Employers and partner agencies are responsible for complying with applicable UAE labor and immigration regulations. Workers are responsible for the accuracy of their personal and professional details.
Recruitment & Placement
AbiWorkers facilitates introductions and processing but does not guarantee placement. The final hiring decision rests with the employer. Any fees associated with recruitment services are disclosed separately and agreed before processing.
Partner Agencies
Licensed Tadbeer centers and recruitment agencies using our platform are responsible for their own regulatory compliance. AbiWorkers is not liable for the acts or omissions of partner agencies.
Data & Privacy
Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using AbiWorkers, you consent to data processing as described therein.
Limitation of Liability
AbiWorkers is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding three months, if any.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
